Making edits to the web application bridge portlets

After provisioning your backend server and adding the web application to a page using the Web Dock portlet, you might need to make edits to either the VWATManager or Web Dock portlets.

1. Log on to IBM® WebSphere Portal as the Administrator using the fully qualified host name.
2. Navigate to Administration > Portlet Management > Manager.
3. Select the appropriate application check box.
4. Click Edit.
5. Make the required changes to the web application.
6. Refresh the page that contains the edited Web application. This page contains the Web Dock portlet that is configured to connect to the Web application. Refreshing the page displays the changes you made to the Web application.
